		<description>Hey Gabe - your team did a great job in our Kensington-Talmadge home as well. We opted to get attic insulation too, having gone through too many hot summers paying higher energy costs. Re: the historic recognition program - I hear San Diego is still running it but there are additional costs to apply. But if you can get it, it&#039;s well worth the tax savings.

		<description>Dave - we love working in old San Diego houses in neighborhoods like Kensington - they have so much character and we like the attention to detail (and sometimes extra problem solving)  that&#039;s required to ensure that air conditioning and heating systems work at peak efficiency without talking away any of the character and richness of the house.
