Why I Chose the Best Air Conditioning Experts in San Diego for a really tough job

My cousin and I invested in an old Spanish style house in the Kensington area of San Diego. Like many of these old San Diego houses, they were built with hard lathe and plaster walls and were never really designed with air conditioning in mind. (Maybe it wasn’t always so hot in San Diego!) And in our house, the space behind the walls in different areas of the house is very shallow – but some of these places were in the best positions for ductwork feeding the house most efficiently. Carini Air Conditioning came to our rescue by designing a high efficiency system that uses a lot less energy, and they used rectangular ductwork to fit better in our narrow wallspace. We have two condensers – both super quiet and energy efficient – and we can use them independently to control air conditioning or heating upstairs and downstairs.

I’ve dealt with a lot of vendors in San Diego over the years, and have to put Carini Air Conditioning at the top of the list!

Honest, Dependable Air Conditioning for my new San Diego house

I just moved my family out to San Diego from Chicago, and with all the moving and planning, we needed someone honest and dependable to install an air conditioning system in our new house. We are totally into being “Green,” – and it’s great to save energy and money while doing something good for the environment. We checked with a number of air conditioning contractors in San Diego, and choosing Carini Air Conditioning was a no-brainer. We worked directly with the owner, Gabe Carini, and from our first meeting, we could tell that he was a straight shooter, eager to come up with the very best and most cost effective solution for our air conditioning needs (nobody told us that it gets this hot where we’re living – east of hwy 15 in Poway).

Gabe is very much into the whole Green movement – and we were very pleased that we found an air conditioning company that cares about the San Diego environment as we do.

Gabriel Carini is the only heating and air conditioning company in San Diego that I refer to my friends and associates. He is honest, making sure the customer knows exactly what he needs, and he never tries to sell something that isn’t exactly right for a home or business installation. He installed a pretty complex system in my older home in Mission Hills – other heating and air people I talked to in San Diego didn’t really seem to understand the needs of older homes – they just tried to sell me what seemed like what was in their best interest, and not mine. Gabe has since worked for about 7 of my friends, in custom and more standard type homes and in a few businesses.

Carini Heating and Air San Diego came to my house in Bonita and created an energy efficient heating and air conditioning system for our ranch style home. The house was built in the 50’s with rooms added on to make it a sprawling ranch house, with a lot of rooms needing different kinds of heating and air systems.

We have two rooms that were add-ons and neither could accommodate ducting – so we had Carini Heating and Air San Diego install two mini-split systems that are mounted on the walls, require no ducting and keep the room perfectly warm or comfortably cool.
